Snowstar Ski Team's Development program is a great introduction to ski racing. If you are an advanced beginner to intermediate skier and want to develop your turning skills and technique, the the Developmental team is a good way to start with the team. In Developmental you will learn to skills and techniques necessary for ski racing the Slalom and Giant Slalom disciplines.

Development athletes will work with our coaches and volunteers to develop their skills in a short period of time. Our developmental skiers often go from beginner to skilled introductory Giant Slalom and Slalom racers in just one season. Once they can navigate the race courses, we encourage them to move up to the race team. On the race team, athletes will participate in races and further develop their skills in a fun and competitive environment.
